Just two stars within the prior review due to a number of major gripes: (1) too strong of fragrance and (2) just mild regrowth results. If not for the scent, I award the Rogaine foam 3.5 stars.

Years ago I used the unique non-foam Rogaine product. That was before Rogaine Foam entered the market. That was 17 years ago. And that i had good results with the non-foam version until I developed an allergy to the polypropylene-glycol (PPG). So I needed to stop use about 12 years ago. Back then there has been no foam version.
